My Crazy Dog Bruno

Holly, Me, Bruno, Rolo, and Harley

When Mrs. Wendy gave me this assignment, I didn't know what I wanted to blog about. So I was looking around my house for something to write about when Bruno walked in front of me. Bruno is my boxer who is 1 year and 4 months old. He gets in all sorts of trouble. It's kind of like his life goal is to make me worry about him. He is such a funny character. He is 70 pounds, but doesn't know his own size. He thinks that he is the size a chihuahua and wants to be in your lap at all times. He is also a big baby when he gets hurt. He'll come home limping and for the next five days, he won't let me leave his sight or he'll whine. He also loves to play with my sisters little 3 pound yorkie. He'll hold the toy and duck his head just enough to where she is almost able to touch it. It is very cute to watch this really big dog play with this really small dog. Bruno is an adorable puppy.

  1. Your dog reminds me of one of my three dogs, my pit Diamond. She was almost two years old. She was huge and very playful to be a pit. She was hit by a car Friday (09-11-09), and died on impact....I miss her!

  2. O my goodness! That's horrible! =[. That is really sad. I wish I knew what to say to make you feel better. It's a blessing you still have the other two to love on and be thankful for. We had a dog for 16 years when one day we came home and she was gone. We searched and searched for her but it was too late. We found her a few months later, she had fallen in our lake and we didn't see her because there was ice on the lake at the time. It's tough losing an animal, because (at least with ours) they are family. They brighten our day everyday. But I'm so sorry about your doggy. =[ I hope everything gets better for you soon.

  3. Thank You. I am really happy that I do still have my other two. I have never heard of nothing to happen like what happened to your dog. That is sad. Very sad! I wanted to get another pit like her, but the kind I had was very rare and very expensive. But she was given to me as a gift. She was so beautiful!

  4. Awww! She sounds beautiful! Pitts are really pretty and they can be great companions. I think the white pitts are really pretty looking. They look so stout, yet they are really nice. That's why I love boxers. They are nice and stout, but still the biggest babies! =P

  5. I remember back in the day when I use to live next to you. You use to have that dog that was blind in both eyes. I felt so sorry for it. Bruno was not there when I lived next door but he looks like a good dog. Unfortunately, I hate big dogs.

  6. Yes, that was Princess. She passed away a few years ago. Bruno is funny. Why don't you like big dogs? They can be just as sweet as little dogs. We have 3 big dogs and 3 little dogs. (I know.. a lot. But we have 48 acres of land, so it's not too bad.) Do you have any dogs?
